The Fruit Feast Challenge came about when I posted what I eat daily and my exercise routine. Most people could not understand how I would have so much energy eating fruits alone, so I decided to create a challenge for the whole month so that everyone could understand what I was feeling. After the very first challenge I created back in 2016, I started receiving messages from people that their diseases disappeared. Like high blood pressure, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, erectile dysfunction, and high cholesterol, plus a wide range of other diseases. Because I didn’t have anything to cure, this was remarkable to hear.

After all the Fruit Feast Challenges, which I conduct bi-monthly, many ailments were just disappearing, so I documented all these reversals. This definitely was not a fluke but real results from real people. This showed me that a simple diet of high-water fruits such as berries, watermelons, grapes, cherries, etc., is very powerful.
